General terms and conditions of sale
These general terms and conditions of sale (GTC) govern all sales of shipping containers and modular solutions made through this website. Placing an order implies unconditional acceptance of these GTC.

Products
The website offers shipping containers, fitted out or not, as well as bespoke modular solutions (housing, office, storage, pool). Product photographs and descriptions are provided for guidance only and may slightly differ from the delivered product.
Pricing
Prices are shown in euros (€). Delivery fees are set at €1,250 per order, unless stated otherwise at the time of ordering. D.S. Globe Conteneur reserves the right to change its prices at any time, orders being invoiced at the rate in effect when the order is confirmed.
Order
Placing an order on the website constitutes acceptance of the prices and descriptions of the products offered. The order is only finally confirmed once accepted by the customer and full payment has been received. D.S. Globe Conteneur reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order that appears abnormal or fraudulent.
Payment
Payment is accepted exclusively by bank transfer, in accordance with our payment policy. The order is only processed once full payment has been actually received.
Delivery
Deliveries are made to Portugal and the rest of Europe. Indicative delivery times are 5 to 7 business days for Portugal and 5 to 10 business days for the rest of Europe, from confirmation of payment.
Right of withdrawal
In accordance with European regulations, the customer has 30 days from receipt of the product to exercise their right of withdrawal, subject to the legal exceptions applicable to products manufactured or customised to the customer's specifications.
Returns and refunds
Any return must concern an unused product in its original condition. Refunds are made by bank transfer within 30 days of receipt and inspection of the returned product. To exercise the right of withdrawal, the customer contacts customer service with their order number before arranging return transport. Customer service provides the return location and practical instructions. The customer arranges transport with a carrier equipped to handle containers and pays the carrier directly. These arrangements apply to withdrawal returns without affecting statutory warranty rights.
Warranties
The products sold benefit from the legal warranties of conformity and against hidden defects provided for by the French Civil Code and Consumer Code.
Liability
D.S. Globe Conteneur cannot be held liable for damage resulting from misuse of the products or from a case of force majeure. Its liability shall in any event be limited to the amount of the order concerned.
Intellectual property
All content on the website (text, images, logos) remains the exclusive property of D.S. Globe Conteneur and may not be reproduced without prior written authorisation.
Personal data
Personal data collected when ordering is processed in accordance with our privacy policy, available on the website.
Force majeure
D.S. Globe Conteneur cannot be held liable for any delay or failure to perform resulting from a case of force majeure within the meaning of Article 1218 of the French Civil Code.
Disputes and applicable law
These GTC are governed by French law. In the event of a dispute, an amicable solution will be sought before any legal action. Failing agreement, the courts within the jurisdiction of D.S. Globe Conteneur's registered office shall have sole jurisdiction.
