Accepted payment methods
D.S. Globe Conteneur accepts bank transfer exclusively as a payment method. No other method (credit card, PayPal, cash, cash on delivery) is offered on the website.
Order confirmation
The order is only confirmed once payment has been received in full. No preparation, reservation or shipment takes place before payment is confirmed.
Payment deadline
The customer has 72 hours after the order is confirmed to complete the bank transfer. After this period, the order may be cancelled automatically, without prior notice.
Payment processing
Once payment is received and confirmed, a confirmation email is sent to the customer, the order is prepared, and shipment is then organised within the announced timeframe.
Payment security
Bank transfers are processed securely through our banking partners. No sensitive banking data is stored on the website's servers.
Currency and invoicing
All transactions are made in euros (€). An invoice is available on request once payment has been confirmed.
Refund
In the event of a cancellation or eligible refund, it is made by bank transfer to the account used for the original payment.
